I.Packaging Inventory Management:

For our customers, where packaging volumes are justified and if the precious floor space is being occupied by empty cartons and Pallets, as this situation may warrant to hold few days of Packaging inventoriesto address spike in production. For such type of voluminous customers we adopt inventori management by setting up a ware house close to customer facility and supply the packaging consumables on JIT basis.

II.Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI):

As we deal with wide variety of packaging consumables such as PET strap, PP strap, Angle Boards, VCI, stretch film etc., These items can be stored at customer facility(these inventory will be in the books of CSPPL) and customer can consume as and when they require and CSPPL will replenish the stocks on periodic basis (based on the consumption pattern) and raise invoice once a month based on the actual consumption. This will reduce significant management bandwidth in purchasing process, follow-up activity and paper workand all consumables are available 24x7.

III.Facilitation of Packaging Equipments and Automation of Post Mfg activities:

We deal with wide range of Packaging Equipments and technological products to meet packaging requirements and we also assist our customers by providing capital equipments on rental basis to minimize their CAPEX out flow towards packaging equipments.

IV.HUB and SPOKE Facility:

CSPPL works with the concept of "HUB and SPOKE" to support customers packaging material requirements, by manufacturing High Quality Boards and other packaging material at Mother plant (based at Hosur) and ship material (Freight optimized manner) to satellite facilities, so that material can be value added and supplied to Customer requirements in desired frequency. Thus customer can minimise his floor space for the storing of packaging consumables.

V. Supply Chain Solutions & Lean Manufacturing:

CSPPL is familiar with shop floor systems in discrete manufacturing environment and can undertake assignments to study Inbound, Outbound and shop floor material delivery systems. We can offer customers, both consultancy as well as supply of required Material storage, delivery and handling systems to facilitate best in class material delivery and handling system.
